Notice of publication concerning the call for tenders for development work at UPAG

The Public University of Artibonite in Gonaïves (UPAG) informs the public of the conclusion of the call for tenders launched on March 18, 2024. This call for tenders aimed to solicit prices for the execution of the construction works. development of two distinct projects within the Faculty of Economics, Accounting and Management (FSECG) and the Faculty of Education Sciences (FSED), thanks to funding from the National Education Fund (FNE).
Following this request, three firms submitted their applications to carry out this work. After evaluation by the UPAG Study and Development Unit (UED), the contract was awarded to theCompany Giromi Construction. This decision complies with the requirements of article 6-1 of the decree defining the thresholds for awarding public contracts for development works, as well as the provisions of articles 27-1, 34 and its paragraphs, and 43 of the law of June 10, 2009 which sets the general rules relating to public procurement.
