“His injury affects the anterior cruciate ligament and he will be out until the end of the season. Maybe more, in September or October he will come back“, confided Unai Emery, his coach at Aston Villa, fourth in the Premier League, after the first exams. Kamara arrived in England in the summer of 2022 from Olympique de Marseille. He will now have to take his difficulty in patience, he who had a good chance of being at the Euro given that he had been in the last rallies with the Blues, participating in the French record victory against Gibraltar 14-0 in November. Didier Deschamps will announce him his list for the next Euro on May 15 or 16.
