The Decree determining the organization and mode of operation of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) and the Resolution relating to the making of major decisions were published on Monday, May 27, 2024, in Le Moniteur. They were revealed to the general public this Tuesday, May 28.
THE HAITI FACTOR, May 28, 2024._Publication on Monday, May 27, 2024, in Le Moniteur, of the Decree on the Organization and mode of operation of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT).
The decision taken in a Special issue of the country’s official newspaper, was communicated on Tuesday, May 28, according to the document in circulation.
The names of the 9 Members of the Presidential Transitional Council also appear in the Decree.
In addition to the Decree, the Resolution relating to the making of major decisions signed between the members of the presidential structure, was also published in Le Moniteur.
After the publication of the Decree and the Resolution, the Presidential Transitional Council should set course for the designation of the Prime Minister who will lead the next Government.
