Object: The Presidential Council decided not to install Garry Conille if the members of the ministerial cabinet are not selected in advance

The Presidential Council has decided not to install Garry Conille if the latter does not accept the ministerial cabinet that we want to impose on him.
The buccaneers of the “negro-mulatrous” bourgeoisie manipulate the talented slaves of the Presidential Council to maintain their monopoly. The project that Garry had during his time at the Prime Minister’s Office continues to frighten. Some members of the Presidential Council have already put the names of their concubines as members of the ministerial cabinet. Since Garry Conille made the decision to choose his ministers among the most virtuous, the most moral, the most qualified and the most experienced, the members of the Council who are preparing to take over the ministries of the interior, planning and “giving” the ministries of health, foreign affairs, social affairs, tourism, sport and agriculture to their concubines to continue to enrich themselves and win the new elections hands down, are ready to do anything. The Haitian People must therefore stand up to block this black-mature bourgeoisie and the domestic blacks who are stealing the future of our children.
Garry Conille seems to set the tone. His presence in the city center in combat gear announces the colors. In the corridors of the boards of directors of banks whose owners are all mulattoes, the man is frightening. People are already starting to call him a “blackist”. Points 3 and 4 of his program are disturbing. He wants to strengthen small and medium-sized businesses, give subsidies to small farmers and facilitate access to “letters of credit” for entrepreneurs in provincial towns. Garry Conille wants to encourage foreign investors to establish industrial parks in certain provincial towns, to create fuel storage units in coastal towns in the North and South of the country. HE also wants to promote a new class of businessmen in a country where the members of the boards of directors of the country’s private banks are all mulattoes. Is it not “logical” that this black-mature bourgeoisie and the domestic blacks of the Presidential Council want to block its path?
Haitian people,
The battle has only begun. Keep your eyes peeled for members of the Presidential Council whose concubines are expected to join the ministry of health, foreign affairs, social affairs, agriculture, sport and tourism. This battle forcing us to define our attack strategy, we are awaiting the “public” reaction of the members of the Council to this “Letter to the Haitian People” to prepare ourselves to respond “with supporting evidence” to the domestic negroes who are already beginning to treat Garry Conille as a “blackist” because he wants to free up credit and facilitate the creation of development banks in the North and South of the Country. Let them know that Doctor Conille is not alone and that our ancestors will ensure on him as long as he stays on the right path.
Honor and Glory to Garry Conille who wants to set up a government of technocrats to bring peace to the country and revive the national economy!
