The Union of Journalists and Press Workers (SJTP) nominates Me Michel P. Brunache for the post of Prime Minister of the transition

The Union of Journalists and Press Workers (SJTP) proposes the former Minister of Justice and Public Security, Me Michel P. Brunache for the post of Prime Minister, in a letter to the members of the Presidential Transitional Council dated from Wednesday May 15, 2024.

“The Union of Journalists and Press Workers (SJTP) governed by the conventions (87, 98) by the constitution in force presents its compliments to you and is pleased to inform you that it gives its full and complete support to the agreement of April 3, 2024. And, she takes advantage of this opportunity to submit the candidacy of Me Michel P. Brunache for the post of Prime Minister of the transitional government”, we can read in said correspondence.

Note that according to certain information more than 80 contenders have already submitted their applications for the position. The majority of these personalities have already been Prime Minister, Minister, Director General, and others.

Recall that the office of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT) announced, on the evening of May 11, 2024, the official launch of the application process to appoint a Prime Minister for the next government. The process is expected to end this Friday, May 17, 2024.
