The Transitional Presidential Council announced, in an official note addressed to the public and the press, the participation of Advisor-President Laurent Saint-Cyr in the prestigious Oslo Forum which will take place from June 9 to 13, 2024, a high-level gathering level devoted to mediation and conflict resolution. Organized jointly by the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Oslo Forum is internationally recognized for its role in promoting world peace.
As Advisor-President, Saint-Cyr often advocated for diplomatic and peaceful solutions to conflicts, both on the national and international scene. The Oslo Forum is also an ideal platform to strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations, allowing problems to be approached from different angles and the search for sustainable and inclusive solutions.
The return of Laurent Saint-Cyr is scheduled for June 13, 2024, at the end of these meetings.
