Composed of Ms. Manigat, Calixte Fleuridor and Laurent St-Cyr, the HCT failed in its mission. Which mission consisted, among other things, of contributing to the definition of the strategic orientations of the public authorities through the creation of political and social conditions for the return to constitutional order through free elections.
But this structure treated as poor relations by Ariel Henry, ignored by the CPT and Prime Minister Garry Conille represents a bitter failure. According to more than one, Mirlande Manigat has not lived up to her “fine reputation” as a competent politician.
