Once again, members of the government in place have expressed their desire to respect the laws of the Republic, in particular that of February 20, 2008, which obliges members of the governmentparliamentarians, civil servants and public agents to produce a declaration of their assets.
This Friday, July 12, 2024, accompanied by the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Me Carlos Hercule, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, also Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, Domimique Dupuy, the Minister of Economy and Finance and also Minister of Planning and External Cooperation, Ketleen Florestal, the Minister of Commerce and also Minister of Tourism, James Monazard, the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training and also Minister of Culture, Antoine Augustin and the Minister of Public Health, Georges Fils Brignol, Prime Minister Garry Conille officially made his declaration of assets.
On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Professor Georges Wilbert Franck had already made his declaration of assets, reaffirming his commitment to transparency and integrity in the management of public affairs. He promised to ensure sound management of the funds allocated to his ministry’s budget.
It must be said that to date, Juno7 is not aware whether the members of the Transitional Presidential Council have already made their declaration of assets in accordance with the law of February 20, 2008, which gives them a period of 30 days after taking office and 30 days after the end of their mandate to do so.
