The Specialized Land Border Security Corps (Cesfront) arrested 49 Haitian migrants in an irregular situation in Dajabón, according to what the Dominican entity reported.
“They entered Dominican territory illegally,” Cesfront said in a note, specifying that the group of Haitian migrants was made up of 38 men, 6 women and 5 minors.
The Dominican Directorate of Immigration detained the Haitian migrants for the necessary follow-up, according to details from Cesfront.
