The country’s second city experienced a nightmarish day this Thursday, May 2. A collapse of several houses that occurred in the morning cost the lives of several people. At least four dead have already been counted under the rubble, reports the local press. Another body is noticed by rescuers who have difficulty confirming whether the person is alive or not.
This incident occurred at Barrière Bouteille, at the southern entrance to the Christophian town when it was raining in the town of Cap. Four houses are affected by this accident and the Town Hall is already announcing the future destruction of all poorly built houses in this area. Regarding the number of occupants of these houses, no details are yet available.
