Today, Kayserispor drew 0-0 against Adana Demirspor, a disappointing result that highlights the difficulties faced by Haitian international striker, Duckens Nazon. The latter is now in his seventh consecutive match without scoring, a series which is starting to weigh on his performances and the dynamic of the team.
Nazon, who had had a good start this season, has not found the net since his last goal, scored on September 15, 2024 in a draw against Eyupspor (2-2). His ability to score goals is crucial for Kayserispor, who are struggling to assert themselves offensively. Supporters were hoping to see Nazon restart his tally, but today he was once again contained by a well-organized opposition defense.
This lack of goals is starting to become worrying, not only for Nazon, but also for the entire team, which must absolutely regain fluidity in attack. Chances were few and far between against Adana Demirspor, and although Nazon tried to get involved in the game, his offensive impact fell short of expectations.
