Raspberry and Guarana Energizing Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon of guarana powder
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml of vegetable milk (almond, soy, coconut, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy fresh!

Egg cocotte with avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and lightly hollow out the flesh.
  • Crack an egg into each avocado half.
  • Cut the tomato into slices and place them on the eggs
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the egg whites are cooked.

Fresh green cucumber juice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 citron vert
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 200 ml of water

Preparation

  • Cut the cucumber, apple and lemon into pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients in a blender with the water and mint leaves.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy chilled!

Kiwi and Clementine Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 clementines
  • 1 handful of crushed hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

Preparation

  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices.
  • Peel the clementines and separate the segments.
  • Mix the kiwis, clementines, raisins, honey and lemon juice in a salad bowl.
  • Serve chilled.

Advice : For more flavor, you can add the mixture to cottage cheese.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients (for 6 muffins)

  • 120 g flour
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 40 g of oat flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml of milk
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, oatmeal and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and melted butter.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix gently until the dough is smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Divide the dough into muffin tins lined with baking paper or buttered.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes in the molds before unmolding onto a rack to cool completely.
