Euro 2024: Perfect balance in the score between Denmark and Slovenia

Denmark and Slovenia played back to back and it was the first draw of this Euro (1-1). The two selections fought a balanced battle but could not decide between them.

After five matches offering very good shows and only victories in this European Cup; the first draw occurred between Danes and Slovenes.

From the 17th minute of play C. Eriksen had already scored one of the most sumptuous goals of the competition after a super pigeon wing deflection from Wind. A combination of the chest and half-volley, the Danish bib 10 put the ball on the opposite side of the Oblak goalkeeper. The MHP Arena ignites in Stuttgart.

In the second half, Kasper Hujlmand’s men continued to dominate the game to the point of finishing with 68% of the ball compared to 32 for Slovenia. But Benjamin Czesko’s teammates did not give up. The equalizer came in the 77th minute of play by Janza. A superb strike after a kicked corner, in the second blade, E. Janza did not hesitate. Kek’s joy was immense (1-1).

First draw of the competition. These two protagonists will have a lot to do to qualify because England and Serbia are also in this group C. Until then the Euro is taking place in a very good state of mind.
