The grand final was held at Sainte-Thérèse Park in Pétion-Ville, showcasing both the Haitian flag and national football.

- U19: FC Toro de PV won against FC Toro Fica with a score of 3-1, thus winning the championship title.
- U11: FC Toro beat FC Shana 3-0
- U13: FC Toro triumphed against Union NAC with a score of 3-1.
- U15: FC Flambo won against FC Legends after an intense penalty shootout.
- U17: FC Toro Fica beat MDM on penalties.
- U19: In a hotly contested final, FC Toro triumphed against FC Seth on penalties.
