Gabriel Clesca Vallejo, former Miss Universe Haiti 2019, is named national director and will be responsible for organizing the next Miss Universe Turks and Caicos. From now on, it showcases its know-how in foreign lands.
Gabriela Clesca Vallejo spoke on her Instagram page regarding her nomination. Five years after embarking on the Miss Universe experience, Gabriela remembers her old demons. She was the victim of intense intimidation, harassment and death threats. She admits to having broken the ideological bubble to push back her fears and fears. The storm having passed, Gabriela shows resilience. Which reveals her innate strength where she manages to shine her light in the darkest moments. As National Director, Gabriela wants to make sure no competitor has to endure what she endured. However, she remains grateful for the Miss Universe platform and the audience it provides to all those who have the opportunity to make their voices heard.
Born in Haiti to a Congolese-Haitian father (born to a Haitian parent) and a Dominican mother, Gabriela Clesca Vallejo was crowned Miss Universe Haiti 2019.
