Invited to the Le Point section of Radio Télé Métropole this Thursday, Jean Jul Désauguste, spokesperson for Prime Minister Garry Conille, affirmed that the latter maintains excellent relations with the presidential advisers.
“The Prime Minister is strictly respecting the agreement of April 3 and is communicating normally with presidential advisers,”
he said, specifying that Mr. Conille is developing very good relations with the members of the Presidential Transitional Council (CPT). The government’s roadmap, endorsed by the CPT in agreement with the key sectors of national life, testifies to this harmony.
In response to the current global crisis, Jean Jul Désauguste stressed the need to change methods of approach.
“In Haiti, we like to have yes or no answers, but it must not be done like that, especially today. Everything the PM does, he does in perfect cohesion with the agreement of April 3,” he added.
Stressing the importance of solidarity and concrete actions to rebuild the country, the spokesperson recalled that this is not the time for disputes or internal friction. He specified that even during an official trip to the United States, Prime Minister Conille maintains constant communication with advisors, particularly via WhatsApp.
