A decree signed by the President of the Transitional Presidential Council, Edgard Leblanc Fils, and the Prime Minister, Garry Conille, published on June 11, formalized the new administrators of the nation. Instead of 18 ministers, the current government has fourteen, including four women. Garry Conille retains the portfolio of the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT).

Citizen Carlos Hercule replaces Emelie Prophète Milcé at the head of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. Ketleen Florestal succeeds Michel Patrick Boisvert as chief financier of the Republic and Minister of Planning and External Cooperation. Dominique Dupuy is appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs as well as Minister of Haitians Living Abroad.
