Prime Minister Garry Conille announced yesterday, Thursday, the 29th X some of the decisions the government he is leading are beginning to take in the North and Northeast regions as part of the perspective of the development of power in the place. In this regard, the transition team has advanced in the field of peasants, food security, sanitation, infrastructure to strengthen the port, airport, electricity, youth training, according to what the head of the Primate said.

As part of this series of projects, there are 24 million US dollars that will be used to rehabilitate the Port of Cape Town over a period of 2 years. This project is carried out by APN in collaboration with USAID.
In terms of agriculture, the government says there are 75 tons of fertile seeds to support the work of the planters on 21.4 hectares of land. There are 20 motor pumps to irrigate 256 more hectares of land that can provide food.
After Garry Conille’s visit to the canal, he said that there is a creation of a commission of national and international experts to share equitable resources on the massacre river.
There is also the construction of the René Theodore Agricultural Technical High School in the Northeast.
