The Rectorate of the Public University of Artibonite Aux Gonaïves (UPAG) is launching a call for tenders for the execution of development work in the buildings housing the Faculties of Economics, Accounting and Management (FSECG) as well as the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FSED). This work will be financed by a grant from the National Education Funds (FNE).
All interested entrepreneurs and groups of entrepreneurs are invited to submit their financial and technical proposals for carrying out this work, indicates a note from the UPAG rectorate. The press release specifies that bidders have the possibility to submit offers for one or more lots, and may be awarded one or two lots.
The complete file of tender documents, adds UPAG, is available for consultation at the UPAG Rectorate, located at the following address: 45, Rue Chrysostome Humbert, Gonaïves, Haiti (WI). Interested companies can also withdraw the file upon payment of a lump sum of Ten Thousand Gourdes (Gdes 10,000.00), payable by Management check or certified check payable to UPAG, from March 18, 2024.
“Offers must remain valid for ninety (90) calendar days from the deadline for submission of offers. They must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equivalent to 1% of the bid amount. Submissions must reach the UPAG Rectorate no later than April 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., and the opening of bids will take place at 11:30 a.m. in the Rectorate Conference Room, in the presence of interested bidders.
