THE HAITI FACTOR, August 15, 2024._Heavy weapons fire was heard around 5 PM in some neighborhoods on the outskirts of Port-au-Prince, the capital of Haiti.

The shootings are the result of new attacks orchestrated by armed bandits against the aforementioned areas who want at all costs to install a gang leader in Delmas 24. In an attempt to achieve their objective, several houses were set on fire after their occupants fled, our sources persist and sign.
