Haitian diplomacy, a hotbed of perversion under the Tèt Kale regime
Wedlyne François Pierre, called the princess and very very very close to ti Claude, who has just been promoted to Ambassador (Babekyou) to Chile, cost at least €14,083.21 per month to the Haitian state when she was stationed in Paris as a simple Consul General, without any adequate training, but through nepotism and corruption, all doors can be broken down.

The “Octopus of Corruption” presents the series of “ Appartement Gate“, a real scandal for a Consul General of Haiti in Paris who is supposed to come and put herself at the service of the nationals of her country, one of the poorest in the world. As a reward, the regime of Jovenel Moise, without a shadow of a doubt, Claude Joseph, elevated Wedlyne François Pierre to the rank of Ambassador of Haiti to Santiago de Chile from where she arrived last week.

The scandal surrounding the rental of Mrs. Wedlyne François Pierre’s luxury apartment says a lot about the corruption, privileges and nepotism of the political class in place. So many flaws regularly pointed out in European Commission reports on the rule of law in the country.
With 60% of its population living on less than $2 per day, Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world, ranked 168th out of 189 by the UNDP for its human development index.. Because of corruption and administrative burden, Forbes magazine ranked Haiti among the worst countries to do business in 2018 (151st out of 153 countries). However, those close to power continue to squander public accounts by treating themselves to luxury apartments, state-of-the-art telephones, luxury cars, etc.
All this with taxpayer money (here the passports) and the illegal double taxation of money transfers to Haiti. We must make a rectification (1st report) on the amount of €4,000 of the Post Manager’s rent which is in fact €4,500/month with a deposit of €13,500. For this reason, Princess Wedlyne François Pierre costs €14,083.21 per month to the Haitian state.
Princess Wedlyne’s apartment, amie of ti Claude, a thirsty butter and butter moneylike Michel Martelly and Jovenel Moise, is in reality part of a bigger affair, on which Haitian justice should investigate.
By looking at the assets of several other representatives of the Haitian diplomatic mission in France, “ The Octopus of Corruption » discovered a vast network of embezzlement of public funds, sexual extortion, overbilling, usurpation of titles, falsification of official documents, etc.

By refusing to hand over the diplomatic card, she blocks the possibility of having a new Head of Post. Everything is political malpractice with her. But this is not her first attempt, Ms. François holds the accreditation cards of all the missions she has visited …. So, she never left the Dominican Republic, Canada and France. She is still in the list of representatives of Haiti in these different countries.
