The two divisional police inspectors, Lozama Télémaque and Yves Nord, were assassinated in the commune of Carrefour (south of the capital, Port-au-Prince), specifies the Union of the National Police of Haiti (Spnh-17), on its account X.
Another person, whose identity has not been revealed, was also shot dead in the town of Carrefour.
