Haitian U20 selection: Hoffenheim stubborn for Ricardo Wagner
Under the guidance of Jean-Baptiste Angelo, the Haitian U-20 selection is moving to Mexico for a 2-week training camp before the start of the last phase of the qualifiers. Ricardo Wagner is expected until July 16 but nothing is clear yet.
The young Haitian prodigy is eager to join the Haitian U-20 selection in Mexico but the German club, Hoffeneim is very reluctant for his player because of the pre-season with the U-23. Freshly integrated into the Hoffenheim B team, Ricardo Wagner 19 years old hopes to always have the green light from his club despite the will of his adoptive parents who have not given up according to our information.
Expected until July 16, Ricardo Wagner could be the last to arrive in the group. Several players have already been victims of this scourge of stubbornness of clubs during this last phase. This is the case of Victor Joseph with FC Sochaux and Tristan Demetrius with KRC Genk.
As a reminder, the FHF had announced the arrival of 25 players out of 26, of which Nelson was announced as the last to arrive, but there are only 24 who are present. Ricardo Wagner has not yet landed in Mexico. July 16 should be the day of his landing. Otherwise he will stay with his club.
