They are respectively Tchessy and Woodjina Délouis, according to a press release on the official Facebook page of the institution.
Both aged 18 (born June 12 and December 5, 2006), the two cousins are accused of alleged involvement in criminal activities linked to gangs.
This is the case of “5 Seconds” and “400 Mawozo”, among others according to the police.

They were arrested when they were going to the Village de Dieu district, stronghold of the 5 Seconds gang, whose boss is called Johnson André known as “Izo”.
According to confirmations from the Haitian police, law enforcement officers discovered messages on the phone of one of them suggesting that they were having romantic relationships with members of the two aforementioned gangs as well as those of Canaan. , Jerusalem 9, Simon Pelé and Grand’Ravine.
Behind bars, Tchessy and Woodjina Délouis have since been held in custody by the police authorities.
