THE HAITI FACTOR, March 2, 2024._Heavy weapons fire is heard in the heart of Port-au-Prince, on the evening of Saturday March 2, 2024.
At the time of these detonations, voices multiplied to launch “SOS” for the civil prison of Port-au-Prince, better known as the “National Penitentiary”.

While the Capital is plunged into “blackout”, the gangs continue their offensives on certain public buildings, after certain sub-police stations.
