Chief accountant of the State Secretariat for Literacy, he was attacked by armed bandits on Thursday March 28, 2024, in Port-au-Prince, while he was in his vehicle.
According to residents, he was a victim on rue Capois there, where thugs sprayed bullets at his vehicle after they ordered him to get out of his car.
Hit by bullets, the senior civil service executive was immediately rushed to a hospital in the Capital. Unfortunately, he did not survive, say several residents who witnessed the events.
