Raindrops and thunderstorms are not to be excluded on Port-au-Prince this Thursday, informed the Hydrometeorological Unit of Haiti (UHM) in its weather report, published this morning on its website.
According to the UHM, these rainy activities in the Haitian capital are expected particularly in the mountains in the afternoon and evening.
In addition, the showers could reach other departments of the country, such as Artibonite, the North, the North-East and the North-West, indicates the UHM.
Furthermore, the approach of the tropical wave to the eastern part of the island of Haiti will slightly increase rainy activity in Haiti in the coming days, the government entity said.
Citizens are therefore asked to carefully follow the UHM weather numbers to keep informed of the development of the situation.
The temperature for this Thursday, July 18, 2024 could rise to 37 degrees Celsius while the minimum varies between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius.
