How to manage daily stress? 3 simple tips to implement every day, according to this specialist

“Stress should not be an insurmountable obstacle on your path to recovery or in your fight against addictive behaviors”, presents Ketty Deléris on the social network Instagram before listing three habits to help fight against it. According to her, “These habits, integrated on a regular basis, can provide you with solid tools to face stress with more serenity and efficiency.”

Here are the three activities to do every day to reduce stress:

Cardiac coherence:

The specialist recommends setting aside time for a breathing exercise called cardiac coherence. The latter “harmonizes the heart and mind”, underlines the expert on her social network. To achieve it, Kitty Deléris recommends “inhale and exhale slowly, at a rate of 5 seconds for each phase”, all over a period of 5 minutes. “It can give you instant calm and build your resilience to stress,” she explains.

Moderate physical exercise

To reduce stress, but also improve mood, Kitty Deléris advises doing 30 minutes d’physical activity moderate daily. “Whether it is a fast walka yoga session, or any other activity that you like, the important thing is to move”, she specifies.

Rewarding Journaling

The last advice from Kitty Deléris is to “focus your mind on the bright aspects of your life”thanks to the rewarding journaling. It’s about taking each day “a time each day to write down what you are grateful for.” According to her, this can help reduce the impact of stress and cultivate an attitude of gratitude.
