The Club Licensing Commission (COLICLUB) of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) met on July 8, 2024 at the request of the Secretary General, Patrick Massenat, to decide on the eligibility of first division clubs to obtain the 2024 license.
The three members of the Commission, Me Cadet Paul Rachel (President), Jean Kléberson (Vice-President) and Lafleur Ronald (Member), officially took note of the various files on which the FHF Club License Manager, Jean Josué Mervil, worked.
The documents submitted by the top division clubs will be carefully analysed by the Commission, which will verify their authenticity before potentially granting the 2024 licence to clubs meeting the criteria established by the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Associations (CONCACAF) and the FHF.
COLICLUB is committed to working completely independently on the issue of licensing. No club will be favored ” says the President of the Commission, Me Cadet Paul Rachel, adding that the regulations will be their compass. According to the members of the Commission, the final report for the various files submitted should be available before July 15.
Let us recall that all Haitian clubs will be subject to this process which was reinitialized for futsal last May, D2 on June 9, 2024, women’s clubs on June 22 and academies or football schools on July 4, 2024.
