Haiti is suffering from the fratricidal struggle between Tet Kale 1, 2 and 3, who all agreed from the start to embezzle funds from Petro Caribe and arm the gangs in order to take total control of the electorate.

Martine Moïse, who aspired to the presidency of Haiti under election control pike kole to be organized by Claude Joseph, was charged, as well as his friend, with complicity and criminal association, for having knowledge of the risk incurred by ex-president Jovenel Moise before the assassination, according to the order of the Judge Wessler Voltaire.

Mr. Joseph, former de facto Prime Minister Tet Kale 2, told the Associated Press that the investigation and accusations were part of efforts by Mr. Henry – Tet Kale 3 – to centralize power within the Haitian government.

“Henry…weaponizes the Haitian justice system, by prosecuting political opponents like me. It’s a classic coup,” Mr. Joseph said. “They failed to kill Martine Moïse and me on July 7, 2021, and now they are using the Haitian justice system to advance their Machiavellian agenda.

“I will not stop my fight. Justice must be done,” he added.

Martine Moïse, ex-prime minister Claude Joseph and former Haitian national police chief Léon Charles are the main accused, alongside the mercenaries who carried out the attack and a number of close collaborators of the president.

Moïse was killed during a raid on his Port-au-Prince home in June 2021 by a group of 28 foreign mercenaries, most of them Colombian. Martine Moïse was also shot and injured during the attack, but survived. The president’s bodyguards were not injured, raising suspicion that they were involved in the assassination.
