Louino Volcy becomes the new charge d’affaires at the Embassy of Haiti in France

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Religion (MAEC) appointed Louino Volcy on June 24, 2024 as new charge d’affaires at the Embassy of Haiti in Paris.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Embassy of Haiti in France and has the advantage of informing it, for appropriate action, that Mr. Louino Volcy, Minister Counselor, has been appointed chargé d’affaires at the said embassy,” reads a letter from the MAEC.
Note that Volcy succeeds the plenipotentiary ambassador Josué Pierre Dahomey, who was recalled to Port-au-Prince.
A graduate of the State University of Haiti and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Louino Volcy holds a Bachelor’s degree in legal sciences, a Master’s degree in general international law and a Master’s 2 in public international law-international administration.
