Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin appointed Commissioner of the Port-au-Prince government

The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Me Carlos Hercule announced that Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin is now the new CG of Port-au-Prince.

Me Bourgoin, who held this position in 2016, replaced Me Jean Edler Guillaume who was promoted to Substitute Commissioner at the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, specifies the Minister of Justice in his publication.

It should be noted that Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin held the position of Director General of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) in 2016. He was the head of the public prosecutor’s office in the city of Jacmel from 1999 to 2003, and also former Director of the School of Magistracy in 2008, then Director of judicial inspection at the Superior Council of the Judicial Police (CSPJ).
