The Phoenix Suns continued their impressive run by defeating the struggling Miami Heat 118-105, extending Miami’s woes with their seventh consecutive loss on Monday.

Eric Gordon was the star off the bench for the Suns, scoring 23 points, while Devin Booker contributed 22 points to secure the victory. Kevin Durant added 20 points, and Bradley Beal had 19, with each of them dishing out seven assists for the Suns. This win marked the second time in 17 seasons that the Suns have swept the Heat, with the previous instance occurring in the 2020-21 season when Phoenix reached the NBA Finals.

Booker expressed the importance of getting wins, stating, “Trying to get wins, that’s the name of the game. We have some things to figure out defensively and we’ll do that. This was a good win today, on a back-to-back, against a really good team.”
