THE HAITI FACTOR, March 12, 2024._Radio Television Caribbean (RTVC) is changing address, its boss, Patrick Moussignac, confirms on Tuesday March 12, 2024.
The institution is forced to temporarily abandon its premises, in ruelle Chavannes, due to the increase in the climate of insecurity in Port-au-Prince, affecting its normal functioning.

Moreover, around two weeks before this decision aimed at protecting the staff of the institution as well as its installations, a stray bullet perforated part of the building.
If it is true that Patrick Moussignac confirms the transfer of the radio, the news is not yet known to everyone.
