President Biden will address a Joint Session of Congress at the United States Capitol on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 9 PM ET.
The speech will be one of the biggest audiences of the year for Mr. Biden, who will make his case for a second term and contrast his vision of the country’s future with that of the Republicans, ahead of what is expected to be a long general election fight against former President Donald Trump.
