Wave of changes in the process of forming the Presidential Council (CP). The appointment of Régine Abraham as Representative of the Rally for a National Agreement (REN) to replace René Jean Jumeau, is the last rotation made within the team. Despite everything, the lines are not moving, while Haiti is on fire.
THE HAITI FACTOR, March 27, 2024._Changes are taking place in the process relating to the formation of the Presidential Council like in a Basketball team.
From Marie Gisleine Mompremier to Dominique Dupuy via Jean René Jumeau to Régine Abraham, the rotations continue.
The last personality cited was designated on Tuesday March 26, 2024, by the Rally for a National Agreement (REN) as its Representative in the formation of the presidential structure.
A trained agronomist, Régine Abraham will sit as an Observer, in place of the former PHTK servant, René Jean Jumeau, who decided to abandon his post.
The latter is accused of being neck-deep in the squandering of funds from the Pétrocaribe program.
Despite waves of change, members are at loggerheads and still cannot agree on the choice of a President to lead the Council.
The Montana Agreement, which acts as an element of “blockage” to the holding of meetings to establish responsibilities and the completion of the vote, opts for a new political agreement for the advancement of the process.
