While her fans have been waiting for a new album since 2016, Rihanna is being talked about for reasons other than music. For Interview Magazine, she posed in a nun’s outfit. The artist appears there with a black and white headdress, symbolic clothing for nuns.
A cross is also added to his face. To accompany the photo, the magazine published a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot. Rihanna is seen clutching her chest.
Thus, criticisms multiplied on social networks. Some Internet users accuse him of mocking or even blaspheming Christianity.
This is not the first time that Rihanna creates debates like this. In 2023, she had already used a title containing sacred Islamic texts for a fashion show for her lingerie brand “Savage x Fenty”.
