Arrest on Monday, November 18, 2024, in Haiti, more precisely in Cap-Haitien, of 4 Bahamian nationals for drug trafficking. They had in their possession kilos of cocaine, a sum of money valued at 3,380 US dollars, according to Haitian police authorities.
THE HAITI FACTOR, November 20, 2024._ Agents from the Drug Trafficking Brigade (BLTS) arrested 4 drug traffickers from the Bahamas on Monday, November 18, 2024.
They are identified as: Wendel Fleurena, Reynaldo Filme, Demetrio Mcphee and Arlington Colebroock, aged 31, 38, 39 and 61 years respectively.
According to confirmations from the Northern Departmental Directorate of the Haitian National Police (DDN-PNH), BLTS agents carried out the attack in the locality called “Bande-du-Nord”, in the Commune of Cap-Haïtien.
These Bahamian nationals were on board a tricycle, heading towards Labadee. They had in their possession five (5) kilos of cocaine, 3,380 US dollars and 4 cell phones.
Remember that three days before, Friday November 15, 2024, police officer Stanley Étienne had also been arrested by BLTS agents for illicit drug trafficking.
This Agent II police officer from the 28th promotion of the police institution was denounced by the name Clive MCCOY CAMERON, a Jamaican drug trafficker who was also arrested on November 11, 2024 for illicit drug trafficking and illegal possession of firearms.
