Trained as a nurse, Sister Bruno does not give up her passion for the microphone. The native of Léogâne continues to offer herself to a still small audience but she aims to become a renowned singer who, with her voice, can transmit important messages and entertain.

His journey

Sister Bruno was born on March 20, 1997 in Citronnier, Léogâne. She is the last girl in a family of 12 children. After primary studies at the École Nationale de Darbonne, she attended the Lycée Anacaona de Léogâne for her secondary studies. Once she received her high school diploma, she went to “Help School of Nursing” where she obtained her diploma in Nursing Sciences.

Lover of music, fan of Rutshelle and Emmeline Michel, Soeurette is above all passionate about learning who firmly believes that education is essential. For the singer, music is much more than just entertainment; it is also a way to learn and transmit important messages.

In her repertoire, Soeurette has two covers: “Secret” by Louane and her famous cover of the song “Des thousands de je t’aime” by Slimane, for which she obtained authorization from the artist. Her first music video, entitled “Se vre”, released in 2023, denounces domestic violence and advocates the emancipation of women.

Sister Bruno has, to her credit, a number of performances at events in her hometown: weddings, birthday parties, etc. She has also performed at several major events such as a concert with Jean Jean Roosevelt and the Last Dinner in White at Boucanier Beach and also lent his voice to the song “Ochan pou MIKA”, a tribute to the late Haitian singer, Michael Benjamin (MikaBen), in collaboration with several other Léoganais artists.
