The ad hoc commission of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), responsible for analyzing club licensing files, met on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. At the end of this meeting, six clubs from the men’s D2 and four women’s football clubs were validated to join the list of licensed clubs, respecting the criteria established by the FHF and Concacaf.
A rigorous and transparent process has been put in place. Chaired by Me Paul Rachel Cadet and assisted by vice-president Me Cleberson Jean Baptiste and Jean Josué Mervil, Manager of Club Licensing, the commission carried out a careful examination of each file submitted.
After this rigorous assessment, the newly approved clubs were confirmed to have met all requirements. L’Aigle Noir Athletic Club, Lionceaux Football Club, Exafoot, AS Dessalines, the Grand-Goâve Sports Association and the Saint-Michel de l’Attalaye Sports Association (men’s D2), as well as four women’s clubs – Ouanaminthe FCF , Don Bosco FC, Les Cayes FC and Exafoot – join the 24 clubs already licensed.

The commission plans to meet soon to review other pending files. In addition, Beach Soccer, Futsal clubs and football academies have until Sunday November 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. to submit their documents to be considered for the Club License.
