The Presidency informs through a note that this Monday, June 24, 2024, the Presidential Transitional Council
(CPT) installed the new Acting Secretary General of the Presidency, Ms. Marie Elisabeth Régine Joseph HADDAD, as well as the new Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Me Odilien Charles.
During this ceremony, the President of the CPT, Edgard Leblanc Soncongratulated the two new leaders, while reaffirming the full support of the CPT members.
Marie Elisabeth Régine Joseph HADDAD, first woman Secretary General of the Presidency for her part expressed her gratitude to the members of the Presidential Council for having chosen her for this position, she expressed her firm intention to collaborate with the CPT and all employees of the National Palace to revitalize this noble institution for which she is now responsible.
“Paying vibrant tribute to the Palace Security Forces for their fierce resistance to repeated attacks by armed gangs, the new Secretary General made a special point of thanking the USGPN Coordinator, J. Vladimir Paraison, for his unfailing dedication and his exemplary leadership which made it possible to keep the perimeter of the Palace inviolate”
The new Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Me Odilien Charles, who has more than 10 years of experience within the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, promises to be efficient in his task, focusing on healthy and frank collaboration with all employees placed under his responsibility.
