The landing of a first group of 400 Kenyan soldiers in Haiti as part of the Multinational Security Support Mission supposedly to fight against the insecurity that is gnawing at Haitian society.

The embryo of the Army of assassinated President Jovenel Moise demanded two (2) helicopters and two (2) tanks to fight effectively against armed groups commonly called bandits, the United States Government was opposed to this; for their part, the restavèk politicians, the private business sector, the university, the religious sector, did not say a word and accommodated the request of the transitional government of Ariel Henry which demanded from the United Nations organization the arrival of a multinational force in the country of Jean Jacques Dessalines.

Through naivety and lack of political foresight, and in the face of the passivity of the Hayti national police, the victims of the metropolitan area are allowing themselves to be carried away by a fever of occupation of the territory. Traditional economic and political elites are capitulating to American imperialism. The victims of armed groups will quickly be disappointed and will understand that the solution to the Haytian crisis requires the participation of organized and aware popular masses in the political affairs of the nation.

The plane that transported Kenyan police officers to Haiti

The newspaper Le Nouvelliste revealed in the Agreement on the Status of the Mission: The Haitian government recognizes “ the right of MMAS and its contractors to import, by the easiest and most direct sea, air or land route, free of duties, taxes, fees and other charges, without any other prohibition or restriction, equipment, provisions, supplies, fuel, materials and other goods, including spare parts and means of transportation, intended for the exclusive and official use of the MMAS”,

In this document, Haiti agrees to establish, as soon as possible, for purposes of supporting the MMAS, temporary customs facilities intended for the mission in locations convenient for the latter and not having previously been designated as official ports of entry in Haiti. The country also recognizes the right to establish, maintain and operate commissaries at MMAS headquarters, in its camps and at its posts for the benefit of MMAS personnel. “ These commissaries can provide consumer goods and other items to be defined and reported in advance to the government. The mission commander takes the necessary measures to avoid any abuse of these commissaries and any sale or resale of these goods to persons other than MMAS personnel and takes into account the observations and requests of the government concerning the operation of commissaries”, specifies the agreement.

But it was the Canadian company GardaWorld Federal Services LLC which won the first contract of 30 million five hundred thousand US dollars for the security of the newly developed base for the Multinational Security Support Force in Hayti under the aegis of FAR16.505(b)(2).

The Pentagon, US Department of Defense has issued a request for proposals for a high-speed internet company capable of supporting 1,400 customers and another commercial company for hygiene services to the multinational force for toothpaste, shampoo toothbrushes, skin cream (lotion) and beds to accommodate 1300 clients.

The dry cleaning service will cost US$150 per person each week, truck drivers will earn up to US$1,800.00 and can subcontract to contractor Haytien for US$100.00,

The Haytian State had carried out the demolition of private houses near the spoiled Mais International Airport to facilitate the construction of the station (base) for the police and military forces of the MSS security support mission as defined in the United Nations Security Council resolution. The head of the mission will be a police commissioner from Kenya assisted by a Jamaican lieutenant.

What lesson should we learn from this new occupation? All the rights of the Haytian people are violated, the 1987 constitution is flouted once again and the occupying police and military officers enjoy total immunity and are not liable to the Haytian State.

The Haitian State has lost its capacity to ensure the defense of the national territory and the population, the PHTK and the Members of the CIRH have done everything to demand a multinational force on the national territory to protect them from popular anger for political crimes , economic, financial and common law perpetrated against the Haytian people. The essence of this new occupation will be to protect the squanderers of CIRH funds and the Petro Caribe program from both the public and private sectors allied to an international mafia under the high protection of the Clinton Global Initiative.

The progressive vanguard of the national liberation struggle has a historic mission to build a Hayti National Liberation Party to organize the popular masses and raise awareness for a revolution in Hayti.

Organized fighting people never lose a fight. (Organized fighters never lose a battle.)
