The national police restored order at the Gressier police station, which had been stormed by armed individuals on Saturday morning.
Specialized units such as SWAT and UTAG were dispatched to the scene and managed to regain control of this police facility, putting to flight the criminals who were filmed last Sunday directing traffic instead authorities.
Footage shows police officers inside the station. This action represents one of the rare victories among the dozens of police stations taken over by law enforcement since the gangs took control of the metropolitan area. Commissioner Muscadin came to reinforce the police in the middle of the day to support this operation.
