« It’s desperate“, tweeted Dr. Ekuru Aukot, one of the leaders of the Kenyan opposition, reacting to the various meetings in Washington attended by the de facto Minister of Justice and “Lost Territories”, Mrs. Emmelie Prohète Milcé.

According to Mr. Aukot, the illegitimate government of Ariel Henry and a Kenyan delegation delegated by President William Rutto in the American capital, “ are trying to use a memorandum of understanding to justify their illegality«.

« If anyone in this camp can read simple provisions of the law and the constitution, let us know before we sue them“, he warned, while Frantz Elbé and Emmelie Prophète, who have no constitutional or legitimate mandate, indicated that the arrival of 1,000 men from Nairobi was imminent.

A planning meeting for the arrival of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MMAS) was held in Washington on February 12, 13 and 14https://t.co/yWE7PqUxlA

— Communication Haiti (@MCHaiti) February 14, 2024 This is desperate. They’re trying to an MoU to justify and illegality. If there is anyone in that camp capable of reading simple provisions of the law and the constitution, please advise before we drag them back to court.https://t.co/MwEyfK51m9
