Réginald Constantin, Jean Jules Alexis and Jeff Saliba are part of a gang based in Saint-Louis du Sud. According to the CG, several other members of the gang are actively sought, including a certain pardon for murder and other charges.
According to the Commissioner, the individuals arrested have recently participated in several cases of kidnapping, including young women. Mr. Exama took the opportunity to reiterate his commitment to hunt down any harmful elements who want to entrench themselves or operate within his jurisdiction.
