USA vs. Haiti: Semi-final of the CONCACAF U-17 Women’s Championship: channel, time, streaming
Les Grenadieres, Haiti’s U-17 women’s national team, is on its way to the semi-finals of the 2024 CONCACAF Championship, where it will face the United States U-17 team at the Mini Estadio de la Federación Mexicana de Futbol in Toluca, Mexico, Friday, February 9 (2/9/2024) at 1 p.m. (Port-au-Prince time).

The United States breezed through the group stage of the competition, culminating in a 5-0 victory over their Canadian rivals on day three. Five different players found the net Tuesday, including the team’s two professional players, midfielder Melanie Barcenas of the San Diego Wave FC and forward Alex Pfieffer of the KC Current. They were joined by Leena Powell, Kennedy Fuller and Y-Lan Nguyen.
In total, the Americans scored 21 goals in three group stage matches, including their 13-0 victory over Panama to open the tournament. They will face Haiti in the semi-final. Their opponents had a less smooth ride in the tournament, going 2-1 and losing 4-0 in Game 3 against Mexico.
Canada and Mexico therefore find themselves on the other side of the table, in a match which will be played later in the afternoon on Friday. If the United States beats Haiti, it will advance to the final and guarantee its place in the next U-17 Women’s World Cup. This also means they might have to face Canada before the tournament ends.
