Several groups of political parties and civil society organizations organized, on April 11, 2024, a sit-in in front of the premises of the Official Journal Le Moniteur to invite the director of the said institution not to agree to publish the list of members of the Presidential Council.

Those who do not agree with the way in which certain Haitian actors and the international community want to replace the Government of Ariel Henry continue to protest against this interference. In this sense, several civil society organizations and political party groups, including the Collectif de la Proposition Citoyenne, the Bloc des Avocats, COPOL, Mouvman Zansèt and the Ouanaminthe Congress, organized a sit-in in front of the Presses premises. In the process, they renewed their support for the judges of the Court of Cassation as a legitimate replacement for Doctor Ariel Henry, according to article 149 of the Haitian Constitution of 1987, unamended Creole version and article 133 of the two versions of the Constitution.
