An open letter: Louino Robillard congratulates the new president of Senegal
The Haitian citizen Louino Robillard, in an open letter addressed to Bassirou Diomaye Faye, President of the Republic of Senegal, congratulates the new head of state who was invested in his functions yesterday, Tuesday April 2, 2024.
