On Friday March 22, 2024, the residents of Laboule, commune of Pétion-Ville, discovered nearly ten corpses in the streets in the morning.
At least two of them are reported to be rotting. This represents a public health problem for the inhabitants of this district located in the heights of Pétion-Ville.
Last week, armed gangs launched attacks against the Laboule district. Several people were killed during this attack.
