Dany Jean and Leverton Pierre were right about Prunier and his teammates

As part of the 21st day of National 1, the US Avranches team welcomed FC Versailles for a captivating clash. The Haitians Dany Jean and Leverton Pierre shone under the colors of Avranches, while Mondy Prunier represented FC Versailles.

During this tense meeting, it was the local team that managed to come out on top. Frenchman Steven Nsimba Aimé scored the only goal of the game in the 29th minute, on an assist from Dany Jean. A fruitful collaboration which allowed Avranches to take the lead on the scoreboard.

With this precious victory, US Avranches is positioned in 13th place in the standings with 25 points, also having one match less to play. For their part, the FC Versailles players find themselves in 11th position, also with 25 points on the clock.

This meeting confirmed the determination of US Avranches to remain in the competition, while FC Versailles will have to redouble their efforts to consolidate their position in the ranking. The National 1 season still promises many exciting matches and twists and turns to come.
